Donor Agent = The person who input buyer or buyers into wishlist to collect 20% referral fee. Anyone from the public can be a Donor Agent. Heard of friends or relative wanted to purchase a property? Donor them into 'Wishlist Online' and collect 20% referral fee. Free and easy sign-up. Must have email to work. Seek permission first. Do not go for agents who promised you 30% to even 60% referral. Most of the time they can swing to other agent and there is no trace and no proof for you to redeem your referral fee and you'll get nothing for you effort. Obviously, the amount of work they'll have to do couldn't support the fee they will get, so they will not fufill their promise. Our system generate email proof. Q1 What do I need to do in order to have this Special User ID?
A1 Sent email to admin@homestanley.net and in the email subject enter "Want to join Affiliated Agent Program" Upon recieving your email, we will conduct a simple interview process and a training will be provided to equip you with the know-how of using the TOTAL system.
Q2 How do I make sure that I will be entitled to my fair share of commission (20% referral) ?
A2 You will be notified by email whenever Affiliated Agent click 'Available' to retrieve the buyers' contact and particular. As a courtesy, spare some time to call the serving agent asap to assist him or her, provide more useful information necessary for better chance of closing.
Our Assurance! Affiliated Agent had gone through interview process and one of the criteria is practice GOOD ETHICS, naturally, agent who always call another agent by posing as buyer to seek out information, we WILL NOT take in this group of agent as Affiliated Agent, they have the intention to deceive.
Q3 If I change my mind and decided to serve the buyer myself, how do I do it?
A3 Firstly, check if the buyer is 'Available' If an affiliated agent already taken the buyer to serve, then it is best that you leave the buyer with the agent. But on the other hand the if status still reflect as 'Available' You can retrieve the buyer by clicking 'Available' the system will not only sent emails but also automatically insert your name and contact as serving agent.
Q4 What is the different between Affiliated Agent and Non-Affiliated Agent?
A4 Affiliated Agents can input as many buyers as they like with the same User ID and retrieve buyers' contact and particulars whereas Non-Affiliated agent can only input one buyer at one time, that means another buyer, they will have to do the sign-up again. ENSURE THAT BUYERS' NAME AND CONTACT IS ENTERED ACCORDINGLY. Donor agent entering their own name and contact in the Buyers' input box WILL BE REJECTED!
